ALOHA
Since the opening of Japaha in 1991 we have had many visitors from around the world come to our shop in Waikiki. Thank you very much for your continued support! Timeline
1985 – Worked for a Japanese Jewelry & Watch Trading Company. Was sent overseas as a representative employee to Hawaii.
Introduced popular brands such as Heuer (before the merger, currently known as Tag Heuer), Harry Winston and Bvlgari to the Hawaii market.
1991 – Became independent and established the company Japaha in the heart of Waikiki. From global suppliers, we stocked numerous limited and hard to get G-Shock models.
2000 – Directly purchased Chrome Hearts to bring into our store. We were the first to sell the Chrome Hearts brand in Hawaii and soon to be number one seller.
In the same year, we started carrying Swatch Group brands including Hamilton, Tissot, Longines and Swatch.
2010 – We brought in Japanese brands; Seiko and Citizen.
Now – Always looking to collaborate with brands and progress with the generation.

Aloha, my name is Steven
I was born in Hong Kong, and have been living in Hawaii for 12 years. I can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Japanese. I love Japanese anime; when I was 14 the first anime I watched was "One Piece". I self-taught Japanese and it was through watching many years of anime and working for a Japanese restaurant. I also attended University of Hawaii to study how to write Japanese. JAPAHA is an exciting place to visit. You may find something you never expected. Come and take a look, see what you will find here. |
CUSTOMER REVIEWS
A lot of customers from all over the world love JAPAHA since 1996.
Excellent customer service and an awesome Seiko Astron watch! Thank you so much. I am so happy that I purchased my Seiko Watch from Japaha on Kuhio Street. The owner was so friendly and professional.

I bought LUA collaboration Traser watch the other day.
Since this is my first watch in my life, I'll treasure this.

This store is located on Kuhio Ave. one block away from Kalakaua Ave., the center of Waikiki.
You'll notice that it's a watch store, since there is a sign of SUUNTO outside the shop.
But it's not so spacious.
The staff is Japanese and he kindly tells us the price of watches.
Why don't you visit them and get affordable watches?
